Board of Directors

The Montessori School Board of Directors provides strategic leadership in support of the school’s mission. The board makes long-term decisions, provides financial management and retains a strong School Administrator to ensure an excellent Montessori education for current and future students.  Their mission is to preserve and protect the long-term health and well being of the institution. The Administrator oversees the day-to-day operation of the School, serves as its educational leader, and carries out institutional and instructional Board policy. The Montessori School’s decision-making structure is not hierarchical but highly collaborative, with faculty and staff broadly involved in decisions regarding program.
